I am an accomplished marketing and business development manager with a 13-year background communicating and selling a multitude of products and business services across Entertainment, Health, Education, Energy, Risk and Compliance. I have consistently created and captured new revenue opportunities in B2B and B2C environments. My knowledge and skills are transferable to any product or business service that I’m required to market and sell. I have coached and lead teams of up to 10 direct reports in marketing and sales operations for over 6 years.

Many campaigns I’ve managed have required liaising with external media personnel, industry event organisers, and coordination with local and global publishers for of various media buying and scheduling tasks. I have also taken over existing processes and optimised marketing and sales operations to better align with business goals. When introducing new marketing and sales processes, or optimising and automating existing ones, I like to first consult with other stakeholders at the businesses I work for, then design fit-for-purpose, automated (where possible) marketing and sales workflows.

I budget and purchase sponsorship packages, brief stakeholders, organise shell schemes and hire items, purchase merch, print collateral, send pre-event prospect comms, set up exhibition spaces, create and run event lead generation activities, create social media content, send post-event comms, wrap-up, evaluate and create a report. For self-hosted events both virtual and in-person, I plan, book venues, design and send invitations, manage registrations, send pre-event comms, setup and execute the event, send post-event comms, wrap-up, evaluate and create a report.
